Course content

Prior to attending the course, attendees will complete the Wraw psychometric to measure workplace resilience and wellbeing. It will give a snapshot of an individual’s personal resilience using the 5 pillars of resilience.

Results are discussed (at the delegate’s discretion) with the trainer during the course to explore strategies to enhance their resilience. After completing the course, managers should feel able to create a positive wellbeing culture in the workplace, in which individuals and teams are more likely to thrive. You will need a basic command of English to attend this course.

Who should attend?
Managers and team leaders who want to gain an understanding of resilience, how to manage employee resilience and implement good practice in the workplace. It is recommended that attendees should be in employment, as this course is tailored for building resilience at work.

Course duration
1 day 9am - 4.15pm

There is no formal external assessment within this course.

On completion of the course, delegates will receive a Resilient Manager certificate.
